Nevada at Carlstedt’s is hands down one of the best people to work with. He’s personable, always checks in to make sure we have everything we need, and genuinely cares about his customers. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. One thing that really stood out to me was when we had to drive there out of desperation. Before we left, Nevada actually walked the train tracks himself to make sure we could get out safely. That level of kindness and selflessness is something you just don’t see every day. Great customer service is hard to find, but Nevada goes above and beyond every single time. If you’re working with him, you’re in good hands. Carlstedt’s is lucky to have him!

We absolutely loved our experience with Carlstedt's Wholesale Florist. Their amazing staff patiently offered expert floral consultation and guidance, helping us pick flowers for our Nowruz celebration event at LSU, while staying within the budget of our student association. We will definitely go back for our future events.

I am extremely disappointed with Carlstedt’s! Three weeks prior to my daughter’s Sweet 16, we visited the shop to select flowers for her floral bar. The young woman who helped us was attentive, kind, and very helpful. Sadly, it was her last day, and from there, the experience quickly went downhill! This morning, when I arrived to pick up my order, the woman (who I assume is the store owner) claimed my order hadn’t been pulled because a particular flower wasn’t delivered due to a storm. I was shocked—not only because they failed to pull the rest of the flowers, but also because no one had contacted me ahead of time to discuss alternative options. Instead of offering a solution, she suggested spray painting the white flowers blue. I was already running late, and to make things worse, she handed me three different cans of blue spray paint and asked me to choose—then made me spray them myself! One of her employees even instructed me on how to do it, which was beyond frustrating and inconsiderate. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to charge me for the spray paint, on top of my floral purchase, even though they already had the bottles in the store! Throughout the process,

Robin and her staff has made my life so much easier. One phone call or stop at the shop and they have exactly what my wife loves delivered to my house within hours. Such a wide variety of unique flowers at the touch of a fingertip!
